After selecting the floor plan that fits your needs, you can work with the lender of your choice to secure financing. Our team will be here to answer questions and support you as you move forward with your home build.
Step 3: Let’s Get Building
Once all preparations are complete, construction begins on your new home. Our builders take pride in delivering a seamless experience, ensuring your home is built to the highest standards with regular updates along the way.
Step 4: Selections and Design Choices

The whole process went smooth. Shannon Carrillo was very easy to work with. Good communication throughout from her and Silver Leaf. Silver Leaf stayed on schedule throughout the building process, even ahead of schedule at times.
